MTU is seeking a person(s) with suitable experience to fill Technical Officer roles and be part of the End User Compute team within theITServices Department. The successful candidate will be reporting to MTUs Head ofITOperations. Provide Level 1,2 and 3ITsupport to staff and students across multiple locations - Assist otherITteam members in the development and implementation of projects that will enhance the services provided for all users - Participate in the delivery of LocalITClinics for Staff & Students. Work with other members of theITTeam as part of an overarching service delivery model - Liaise withITinfrastructure teams to integrate AV systems securely with university networks.
