MTU is seeking a person with suitable experience to fill the role ofITTechnical Officer (CCAD) inITServices Department to cover maternity leave of an existing team member. The successful candidate will be reporting to MTU Head ofITOperations. Provide Level 1 and 2ITsupport to staff and students across multiple locations. Assist otherITteam members in the development and implementation of projects that will enhance the services provided for all users. Participate in the delivery of LocalITClinics for Staff & Students. Work with other members of theITTeam as part of an overarching service delivery model. Provide localITSupport for Online Portfolio Submissions, Student Exhibitions and interactive Installations. Assisting withITbudgetary planning as required.
