A recognised qualification, minimum of 5 years Management experience in acateringenvironment (preferably in a healthcare setting). Plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities inCatering,Laundry & Hairdressing for patients, staff and all other appropriate parties. Milford Care Centre, Limerick - Serving the people of the Mid-West - Milford Care Centre is a Section 38 organisation, working in partnership with the HSE Mid-West, and provides a comprehensive range of Specialist Palliative Care Services and Services for Older People across Counties - Clare, Limerick, and North Tipperary. This position is full time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Extensive knowledge of HACCP - Liaison with patients, residents and families. Ensure wages are accurate and returned to payroll promptly. Completion of rosters, cash reconciliation and accounts.
