Position:Person In Charge(PIC) We support over 80 adults with intellectual disabilitiesinour dedicated and compassionate environment. We are seeking a key driver and champion to support peopleinliving fulfilling, self-determined lives. The PIC will lead daily operationsincollaboration with their line manager, acting as a central communicator for families, multidisciplinary teams, senior management, and the community. * Minimum Level 7 qualificationinSocial Care, Applied Social Care, or Nursing (Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric, General, or Childrens). * 3+ yearsina managerial healthcare role. * Proven leadership ability and experienceinresource planning.
