Director Trust Safety Enforcement Infrastructure

We are looking for aDirectorofTrust &SafetyEnforcement &Infrastructureto lead the design, execution, and continuous improvementofour global T&S enforcement strategies. Strong understandingofcurrent approaches for technicalinfrastructureand systems architecture in Trust &Safetyoperations, particularly within the gaming industry. Define and own the vision, roadmap, and operating model for Trust &Safetyenforcement tooling andinfrastructure.Build and manage a teamofT&S product managers, enforcement leads andsafetyanalysts. 8+ yearsofexperience in Trust &Safety,with demonstrated interest and ability in Content Moderation, Anti-Abuse, Compliance and/or Product Management, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles.
