Were looking for aHelpdeskSupportEngineer to join our Galway-basedITteam. * Assist in thesupportand monitoring of critical business applications with the widerITteam. Youll be the first point of contact forIT-related issues across our stores, warehouses, and offices, supporting a wide variety of users and technologies including Windows, ChromeOS, POS, and networking. Youll also work closely with the wider infrastructure team tosupportand monitor critical business applications. * Manage andsupportuser accounts and permissions within Active Directory. *Helpidentify patterns or recurring issues and spot trends early to prevent wider impact. * Awareness of basicITsecurity principles and the ability to teach users best practices. * Awareness ofITsecurity, data protection, and compliance best practices.Experience in ahelpdeskorIT supportrole.
