Ideally you will have some previousofficeexperience and good time management and accuracy skills. - 3 month contract initially. Location: Blackrock, Co Dublin - We are recruiting a team member to assist with the streamlining of auto enrollment. Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, on site - Hourly rate: €16ph * Sorting through documents thoroughly and making sure there is no errors before posting them to the members. * Proficient in Life400, Workflow and Microsoft suite. * Introductory level salesforce. * Managing and packaging bulk policy documents in a way that is streamlined. * Generating pins and passwords for security purposes. * Arranging returned post in to be documented on Life400. * Using Workflow to see daily workflow of documents being processed, engaging with other teams specifically on teams 2, 3, and 4 in order to ensure all documents are correct and get posted efficiently.Ideally you will have some previousofficeexperience and good time management and accuracy skills. - 3 month contract initially.
