Our Client is a public body with a huge portfolio of mixed use buildings, they are seeking aProjectManagerfor design, specification,projectmanagement, supervision and procurement associated with major and minor capital buildingprojectsand refurbishment works. The successful applicant will assist in managing and monitoring both theconstructionprogramme and cost plan with a view to minimising the impact on same of any variations to theproject.Keeping theprojectstakeholders informed of progress, cost and any other relevant issues. Chair and minuteprojectreview meetings. Assist in the front-end design planning and procurement of otherprojectswithin our clients portfolio. Level 8 Degree in either Engineering,ConstructionManagement, Architecture or Surveying.
