Coordinate with Finance/Treasury to ensure allpayrollfunding is approved and dispersed according to local banking deadlines. Conduct regular audits ofpayrollreports to ensure 100% compliance with local labour laws and internal SOX/ controls. Experience processingpayrollin medium size or larger organizationPayrollEMEAPayrollERP Reconciliations Workday PAYE SOX - Calculate and ensure the timely processing of payments for in-country taxes (PAYE/ZUS), pensions, and health insurance premiums. Perform rigorous Gross-to-Net (GTN) reconciliations for every cycle, identifying and resolving variances immediately. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to streamline workflows and resolve cross-functional data issues.
