Overview - TheCustomer Support Representative1 is responsible for providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service to Cook Medicalcustomersand Divisional Sales teams throughout EMEA. * Always ensure a high level ofcustomer supportto allcustomers,taking ownership for first point of contact resolution wherever possible. Reports to: Team Lead 1,Customer Support* 1 to 2 years' experience in a multi-nationalcustomer support/ contact centre environment advantageous. Key tasks include handlingcustomerorders accurately and within agreed service levels, while also providing timely and informative responses tocustomerqueries.
