This newly established role within Human Resources is responsible for strengtheninggovernance,controls, and end-to-end processdesignacross keyHRservices.In parallel, the role will support the strategic development of theHRServiceCentre throughservicedesignreview, process standardisation, and digital workflow initiatives, with a focus ongovernance,audit readiness, and new starter lifecycle processes. * Play a key role in shaping and strengtheningHRgovernance,controls andservicedelivery across the University. * Lead meaningful change by improvingHRprocesses,servicedesignand digital workflows.
