Protection Claims Assessor

We have an opportunity for aClaimsHandler to join our RiskClaimsteam on a 6-month secondment. Youll manage Protection insuranceclaimsfrom initial investigation through to negotiation and final settlement, ensuring each customer receives a fair, timely and empathetic experience. * Youll manage a portfolio of Protection insuranceclaimsfrom first notification through investigation, negotiation and settlement. * Youll work with third-party suppliers, medical professionals and internal stakeholders to progressclaimsefficiently and fairly. * Experience inclaimshandling, insurance, or a customer-facing role that involved decision-making and problem solving. This role plays a key part in delivering brilliant customer outcomes.
