Interim Head of People & Culture Business Partner

Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a interim Head of People & Culture Business Partner to a international company with HQ in Stockholm. You manage 4 Managers and report to VP General Counsel People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the PnC department to ensure smooth operations. Leading, mentoring, and supporting the PnC BP team. Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Implementing PnC policies and procedures. Managing employee relations. Participating in the Strategy & Product Management MT to deepen business understanding and proactively identify how PnC can best support operational priorities and business needs. Advising managers on PnC-related issues and providing effective solutions. Supporting talent acquisition and retention efforts. Ensuring compliance with CBA, labor laws and regulations including but not limited to union negotiations and union relations.

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years experience as team leader in a PnC organization. Track record of working in a global crossfunctional team. Experience in the IT/Telecom sector. Experience from complex, fastmoving environments. Self-leadership, execution and ownership mindset.
