För Partners räkning söker vi en ITSM Integration Specialist (Identity Platforms) enligt nedan.

• OBS, uppdraget går att utföra nästintill helt remote men idealet är hybrid i Sthlm.
• Context:
• The customer is transitioning to a new IT Service Management (ITSM) tool and requires an experienced consultant to support the migration of automations to its identity management platforms. The environment primarily involves SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN), with integrations to Okta and Microsoft Entra.
• Objective:
• Ensure a smooth migration of ITSM-related automations to the identity platforms, minimizing business disruption and aligning with existing security and compliance standards.
• Scope of Work:
• • Assess current ITSM workflows and dependencies.
• • Design and rebuild automation workflows in SailPoint IDN.
• • Support integration and configuration with Okta and Microsoft Entra.
• • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover.
• • Collaborate closely with IAM and Service Desk teams throughout the project.
• Deliverables:
• • Fully integrated ITSM tool across IDN, Okta, and Entra.
• • Documented automation and integration processes.
• • Knowledge transfer and onboarding of the IAM team.
• Profile Requirements:
• • 2–3 years’ experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• • Strong understanding of ITSM-to-identity automation.
• • Familiarity with Okta, Microsoft Entra, and Active Directory (advantage).
• • Collaborative, agile mindset; strong communication and teamwork skills.
