We're on the hunt for a skilledUser Acquisition Managerwith previous successful experience in games.
Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns
Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns
Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics
Hands-on work with: AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral
Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing
8 paid Personal Days a year + 1 day is added every year
