UI/UX Designer
Description
Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experiencedUI/UX Designerfor a well-known publisher with multiple top-performing titles on the market. The role is for an internal mobile top-down / third-person extraction shooter currently in the early development stage.
The new UI/UX Designer will help the team build a cohesive, intuitive, and deep UX, ensuring high readability, strong usability, and logical interface structure.
Deg UX flows and screens from scratch (without relying on ready-made templates).
Creation of wireframes / UX layouts, transitions, and interaction logic.
Design and refinement of UI components for mobile platforms.
Close collaboration with: Game Designer (mechanics, systems) and Unity Lead (implementation, technical constraints, optimization)/
Preparing UI assets and documentation for development:
Ensuring UX consistency and alignment during implementation.
Iterative UX improvements based on team feedback and playtesting results.
System-driven interfaces (complex mechanics, layered UI).
Strong ability to design UX from scratch, not just create visual UI.
Experience collaborating closely with Unity developers.
Clear understanding of mobile constraints (screen sizes, scaling, usability, performance considerations).
