We’re looking for a strongTechnical Game Designerwho can invent gameplay systems, package them clearly, prototype fast inUnity, tune balance/curves/timings precisely, and deliver features to a trueproduction-readystate.
You’ll have direct impact on how the game feels. We value taste, player empathy, and clean execution. We keep meetings minimal, processes flexible, and reward efficiency and real results (not “hours spent online”).
We build PC co-op gameplay experiences and iterate quickly through prototypes → validated mechanics → production implementation. The role is hands-on: you will both design and directly tune systems in-engine.
Rapid prototyping of gameplay mechanics inUnity(MVP → iterations → production version)
Implement and maintain gameplay systems:parameters, curves, timings, UX, feedback analysis, and “feel” improvements
Write high-qualityGDDs, feature specs, and technical tasksfollowing best practices (structure, acceptance criteria, edge cases, metrics)
Write gameplay scripts at a tech-designer level:events, states, interactions, triggers, basic systems
Collaborate with programmers / art / animation / production: decomposition, sync, and quality control of implementation
