Help the team solve the most complex recruitment tasks.
Replenish the knowledge base so that every recruiter is one step ahead.
Measure the effectiveness of recruitment, monitor the implementation of KPIs and ensure high results.
Analyze recruiting metrics and generate reports for continuous process improvement.
Develop innovative solutions for automating routine operations to save the team's time and effort.
Train and motivate recruiters, provide constructive feedback.
Prepare employee development and growth plans so that everyone achieves their goals and develops in the team.
Take an active part in the recruitment of personnel for key positions in the company.
Prepare the budget for the recruitment department and monitor its implementation.
Understanding of the specifics of call center work and the features of mass recruiting.
Experience in building effective recruiting processes.
Ability to make decisions, think systematically, motivate a team and achieve results.
Competitive pay - base rate ($650) + bonuses based on work results. (up to $250 for team results, + for closing admin positions)
