We areCore5, a gamedev company focused onBlack Deck- a hybrid-core RPG card battler featuring original mechanics, easy onboarding, and deep long-term gameplay.
We are looking for aSupport Managerwho will not just respond to players, but conduct in-depth issue investigations, work with game data, and collaborate with the development team.
This is a hybrid role at the intersection of support and the technical team. It is important not only to communicate effectively but also to understand the root causes of incidents in order to assist our players.

Handle player inquiries and conduct investigations into complex cases
Use internal tools (Unity editor tools) to review accounts and adjust data
Work with server-side commands (granting rewards, profile adjustments, guild invitations, bans, etc.)
Collaborate with development and QA teams on bug reports
Participate in managing the Discord community, prepare announcements and changelogs for players
Update the game knowledge base โ FAQ, guides, and internal instructions
At least 1 year of experience in technical support (GameDev preferred)
Strong communication skills across diverse users, including in challenging situations
Experience investigating complex cases (not just communication, but root cause analysis)
Experience moderating gaming communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.)
Understanding of game mechanics and live-service projects
