The main purpose of this role is to build and scale social media traffic operations through influencer partnerships and content distribution.

Identifying and working with Instagram influencers and content pages

Scaling successful campaigns and cutting underperforming ones

We are looking for candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong interest in social media and digital business

Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram)

Strong communication and negotiation skills (for working with influencers)

Analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions

Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and messaging platforms (DM outreach)

Basic use of spreadsheets or tracking tools is a plus

Intermediate level (B1–B2) required for communication with the team and partners
