Senior Project Manager (Operations)

We’re looking for anOperations Project Manager—someone who will become the central coordination hub for all processes across our mobile games portfolio (both in-house development and publishing).

This isnota classic PM role managing one or two projects.

This is anoperations leadershipposition: you will design and run company-wide execution processes, maintain order acrossAsana, manage multiple parallel workstreams, and ensure predictable, disciplined delivery.

If you thrive on bringing structure to chaos, building and automating processes, overseeing dozens of active projects, and watching everything fall neatly into place—this role is for you.

Coordinate internal product teams and external studios (publishing partners)

Maintain delivery rhythm and predictability across all projects

Build a scalable project structure for various workflows (external team onboarding, active update pipelines, etc.)

Set up standards, templates, pipelines, and automations

Maintain data cleanliness, system order, and consistent processes

Organize weekly project status reports across the entire portfolio

Run syncs, sprints, planning sessions, and quarterly reviews

Continuously optimize communication and eliminate unnecessary meetings

3+ years in PM / Delivery / Operations in IT (mobile gaming experience preferred)

Understanding of mobile game development / LiveOps / publishing workflows

Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and build scalable processes

Excellent communication skills and timeline discipline

Skills in process consulting and workflow automation

Disciplined, persistent, and able to enforce process clarity

Comfortable in ahigh-context, high-speedenvironment

Able to switch context quickly and maintain a broad operational view
