The User Acquisition (UA) department atAppsyouloveis scaling rapidly, managing larger budgets, massive datasets, and an expanding list of advertising platforms. We are looking for aUA Analystwho goes beyond standard reporting — a specialist capable of diving into raw data, building robust predictive models, and translating complex insights into tangible business growth.
Predictive Modeling: Build and refine models to evaluate UA performance and forecast long-term value.
SKAdNetwork Optimization: Design, analyze, and optimize Conversion Value schemes to navigate the post-IDFA landscape.
Product Analysis: Evaluate how product changes impact key metrics and overall UA efficiency.
Behavioral Insights:Analyze user-level data to uncover deep patterns in player behavior.
Technical Coordination:Define requirements and coordinate API integrations with various advertising networks.
BI Development:Maintain and evolve our internal BI system, creating sophisticated dashboards and implementing new metrics.
Advanced Analytics:Apply Machine Learning (ML) techniques to solve complex analytical challenges.
Strategic Growth: Identify new opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize global UA campaigns.
Industry Experience:Proven track record in the mobile gaming industry.
Analytical Foundation:Strong statistical background and a data-driven mindset.
Modeling Expertise:Hands-on experience building predictive models or a deep theoretical understanding with the ability to implement them in a production environment.
Attribution Tools:Practical experience with Adjust (or similar MMPs).
Marketing Domain:Solid understanding of UA metrics (ROAS, LTV, CAC, CPI) and mobile ecosystem trends.
Soft Skills:Proactivity, independence, and a genuine passion for games.
Experience handling large-scale raw datasets (BigQuery, ClickHouse, etc.).
Practical application of ML models specifically for marketing (e.g., churn prediction, LTV forecasting).
