Description

We’re looking for aSenior 3D Character Artistto create game-ready characters for a top-down ARPG and help improve our real-time character pipeline.

Create high-quality characters according to approved concept art up to final setup in Unity engine

Produce hero characters, enemies, and modular gear sets

Create stylized, hand-painted textures with strong material definition and contrast

Ensure strong silhouette and readability for a top-down camera

Maintain consistency with the established art direction

Optimize assets for performance (poly/texture budgets, LODs)

Contribute to improving character workflows and production standards

5+ years of professional experience as a 3D Character Artist

Proven experience creating hand-painted or painterly PBR textures

Excellent skills in ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Blender

Solid understanding of PBR materials and baking workflows

Experience implementing assets in a real-time engine

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience working on ARPGs or isometric/top-down games

Direct impact on the project’s character art direction
