We’re looking for aRecruiterto connect us with the best talent and power the growth of our studio.
Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);
Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;
Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution;
Assess candidates on skills, cultural fit, and growth potential;
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports;
Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs;
Source passive and active candidates via various sources.
Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles;
Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;
Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards;
High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;
Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company);
Experience in making hires in EU and within EU markets.
Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, Github, etc;
