Publishing & PR Manager (Video Games)

Moonmana is an international game development company founded in 2008. We are a fully remote team and have experience working with global partners such as Warner Brothers, Glu, Rollic, Azerion, and Gameforge.

• Manage and coordinate the full release cycle of video games on PC (Steam) and/or consoles• Develop and execute publishing strategies, including release planning, timelines, and platform priorities• Plan and run PR campaigns: announcements, trailers, press releases, and key messaging• Liaise with platform holders (e.g. Steam and console platforms) regarding submissions, requirements, deadlines, and featuring opportunities• Create, optimize, and maintain store pages (descriptions, tags, screenshots, trailers, localization)• Conduct media outreach and maintain relationships with press, content creators, streamers, and curators• Coordinate crowdfunding launches (e.g. Kickstarter), including campaign structure, messaging, and promotional planning, when applicable• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience response to adjust publishing and PR strategies• Track performance metrics (wishlists, engagement, coverage, conversions) and prepare reports• Collaborate closely with development and community teams

Must have• Experience releasing video games on Steam and/or consolesWill be a plus• Experience launching Kickstarter campaigns
