Partner with managers and team leads. Consult them on people management and support in making HR decisions
Provide support for the full cycle of HR processes and their continuous improvement in assigned teams: onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, regular 1-1, team/department transitions, PIPs coordination, creation of the employee development plans together with managers, providing assistance for low performers etc.
Monitor teams and advise employees on HR issues. Identify risks, change facilitation, organize workshops and feedback sessions, do preventive work through regular meetings, analyze dynamics
Identify business and team needs, develop HR solutions for these tasks
Analyze HR metrics to prepare analytics and guides. Participate in the formation of recommendations for managers
Take part in projects to support and develop culture, leadership, engagement and development
Support Employer Branding, internal projects and initiatives
Strong skills in building partnerships with managers: consulting, coaching, and support in resolving team issues
Deep understanding of HR processes: performance management, talent development, onboarding/offboarding, succession planning, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and decision-making
Experience in conducting and organizing various workshops, facilitating team sessions, training and projects focused on the needs of the business or teams and aimed at strengthening culture, development, engagement, wellbeing/mental health programs
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments, high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
