Middle User Acquisition Manager

Hypercell Gamesis a mobile game studio behind some of the most downloaded hybrid-casual and puzzle titles on the market.
We are growing a portfolio of puzzle and word games, including a flagship title and projects in a growth phase. We are looking for aUser Acquisition Managerwho will own UA performance across our titles. Our UA team is lean, so we need someone who can run paid acquisition independently, build a structured and scalable approach to growth, and be accountable for the results.
Plan and launch advertising campaigns both for new project launches and for live products.
Build and scale campaign structure, explore new audiences, and optimize performance.
Work closely with the creative team: set tasks, support the process, and control delivery.
2+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing.
Gaming UA experience with proven ability to improve performance metrics (including ROAS, LTV).
Solid understanding of business metrics: CAC:LTV, ROAS, ARPU, payback window.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Hands-on experience with: AppLovin, Unity, Google Ads, Meta, Mintegral.
Experience with additional ad networks beyond the list above.
