Marketing Manager

Description

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for PC game launches and ongoing campaigns

Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms (Twitter/X, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with content creators, streamers, and influencers in the simulation/strategy space

Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns, key distribution, and preview/review coverage

Create or oversee marketing content (trailers, screenshots, announcements, dev updates)

Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data

Collaborate closely with the development team to align marketing with game milestones

5+ years of experience in video game marketing, preferably PC-focused

Proven track record of successful game launches with measurable results

Strong understanding of the PC gaming landscape, Steam ecosystem, and wishlisting strategies

Hands-on experience managing social media channels and community engagement

Experience working with influencers and content creators

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Experience marketing simulation, tycoon, management, or factory-building games

Existing relationships with creators in the simulation/strategy niche

Familiarity with tools like Steamworks, Keymailer, Woovit, or similar platforms

Experience with paid acquisition (Steam ads, social ads, etc.)

Creative thinker– You bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to try new approaches

Proactive & self-driven– You don't wait to be told what to do; you see opportunities and act on them

Adaptable & flexible– Comfortable pivoting strategies when needed and thriving in a fast-paced environment
