Own and lead the LiveOps strategy, ensuring timely planning and execution of in-game events, offers, and content updates
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, analytics, game design, art, and engineering to deliver seamless LiveOps experiences
Set goals and KPIs for LiveOps initiatives, track performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Oversee the creation and maintenance of LiveOps calendars, timelines, and workflows to ensure transparency and alignment across departments
Drive continuous optimization of monetization and engagement strategies through structured A/B testing and data-driven iteration
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our LiveOps approach
Proven experience planning and executingLiveOpscampaigns, events, and in-game content
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (product, analytics, design, engineering)
Knowledge of mobile game mechanics, player engagement, and retention strategies
Strong expertise in user analysis, A/B testing, and behavior-based targeting
Data-driven mindset, skilled at tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights from results
Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach, supported by up-to-date awareness of market trends and competitor activities
