Create, improve, and experiment with Live Ops features (events, offers, push notifications, and any other potential Live Ops features).
Develop and maintain the project's Live Ops strategy, participate in the creation and updating of the project's monetization strategy.
Create a Live Ops calendar that drives the project's growth.
Analyze the project’s metrics and develop hypotheses to maximize project metrics through the implementation of new and polishing of existing Live Ops features, player segmentation, and improving the Live Ops calendar.
Leadership qualities, ability to motivate the team.
Knowledge of project metrics and ability to analyze them.
Good knowledge of the F2P gaming market and current gaming trends.
English proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or above, oral and written..
Experience of working with match3 or hidden object games.
Ability to express your thoughts clearly in writing and convey them to employees.
