Lead User Acquisition Manager

Hypercell Gamesis a mobile game studio behind some of the most downloaded hybrid-casual and puzzle titles on the market.
As we continue to expand our puzzle portfolio, we’re looking for aLead User Acquisition Managerto take full ownership of UA strategy, team leadership, and performance across our titles.
Develop and execute UA strategy in line with business goals
Manage large advertising budgets ($1–2M+ per month)
Set KPIs for the UA team and oversee their achievement
Scale successful channels and test new traffic sources
Work with attribution and traffic analytics (SKAdNetwork, MMP)
Apply predictive LTV / ROAS models in decision-making
Build creative strategy together with the creative team
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, and Marketing
Experience managing a UA team (hiring, development, prioritization)
Hands-on experience managing budgets of $1–2M+ per month
Strong practical experience with Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, and rewarded networks
Deep understanding of attribution and traffic analytics
English proficiency sufficient for working with international partners
Experience in puzzle / casual games or projects with long-term ROI
Practical understanding of data science / ML concepts
Participation in building and evolving creative strategies
Experience working with agencies and external vendors
A mature leader who works confidently with numbers and results
