šŸ” Our leader is Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle - #3 spot among all iOS/Android word games in the US.We’re looking for an experiencedHead of Developmentto take charge of Unity development across all studio projects.

Take ownership of Unity development acrossall studio projects– both the current product and upcoming titles.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Game Design, Art, QA, Data).

Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity.

Make architectural decisions, maintain and improve the project structure across the studio.

Mentor and guide the development team: assist with code reviews, provide structured feedback, and help resolve complex technical issues.

Maintain a balance between technical quality and iteration speed.

2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.

Strong background in C#, solid knowledge of architectural patterns, and ability to design sustainable solutions.

Hands-on experience in performance optimization, working with the asset pipeline, and integrating SDKs and third-party services.

Experience in managing priorities and task planning.

Experience with setting up and maintaining private npm registries (e.g., Verdaccio) for distributing Unity/UPM packages.

Understanding of package versioning, dependency management, and establishing internal package distribution processes.

Strong communication skills: ability to clearly articulate goals, describe problems, and propose solutions while considering the team’s interests.

Proven leadership skills: ability to establish processes and provide honest, constructive feedback.

Our projects are built on Unity 6 with URP Render Pipeline.

We use C# / ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Load Balancers, and Firebase for analytics and integrations.

CI/CD is powered by Jenkins CI (iOS / Android builds).
