Senior User Acquisition Manager
Description
We’re building and growing mobileRPG game - Junkineering, and we’re looking for aSenior User Acquisition Managerto take real ownership of user acquisition.You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, testing ideas, breaking things, fixing them, and scaling what actually works. Also you’ll be responsible for how players come into our games and how efficiently we can scale that flow.If you’re genuinely into games and enjoy working on products you actually care about, you’ll feel comfortable here.
Launching and running UA campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and similar channels;
Watching the numbers daily: CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and making decisions based on real performance;
Testing creatives, audiences, and angles all the time and cutting things fast when they don’t work;
Working with the product team to align UA with game updates, features, and player behavior;
Keeping an eye on the market and competitors to understand what’s changing and where new opportunities are;
Analyze advertising campaigns and be able to optimize them in accordance with established KPI;
Improving organic growth through ASO and store page experiments.
You have over 3 years of practical experience in UA or performance marketing for mobile RPG games;
You understand the full cycle of player interaction from initial installation to monetisation;
You have experience working with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Google Analytics or similar;
Experience reviewing how creatives perform across key metrics like CTR, IPM, CVR, retention, and ROAS, and knowing when to double down on what works or move on from what doesn’t;
You have experience working with data and making decisions based on up-to-date information;
Experience making decisions based on game-related statistics;
Knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs of game projects.
