We desire to grow a team in Turkey for a new product in the interactive story genre of lifestyle games.We are looking for aGrowth & User Acquisition Leadto own the entire marketing and growth journey of our product, from strategy and planning to execution, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Build and execute full-funnel growth & UA strategies
Manage performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, etc.
Optimize App Store & Google Play presence (ASO, A/B tests)
Analyze user behavior to improve retention, conversion, and revenue
5+ years of Growth / UA experience in mobile games or apps
Strong data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with UA channels
Experience working cross-functionally with product & game teams
Experience leading or mentoring UA / marketing team members.
Bonus: experience with narrative or story-based games
