Actively search for and attract clients who needgame development services:
Identify relevant platforms, marketplaces, communities, and channels where game projects and clients are sourced
Independently find and test new lead generation sources (beyond classic freelance platforms)
Qualify incoming leads and understand client needs, budgets, and project scope
Conduct initial communication and intro calls with potential clients
Work closely with management to align on priorities, offers, and positioning
Maintain structured lead tracking and reporting (CRM, spreadsheets, or internal tools)
Build and continuously improve a repeatable lead generation process focused on game projects
Proven experience inlead generation specifically for game-related projects(iGaming, casino mini-games, Telegram mini-games, branded games)
Clear understanding ofwhere and how to find clients for game development services
niche communities, forums, and industry platforms related to games
Ability to independently build and testnew lead sources, not relying on one platform only
Strong skills inlead qualification: understanding client needs, budgets, timelines, and project scope
Experience conductingintro calls and initial negotiationswith clients
Ability to structure and document work: leads, outreach, statuses, and results
