Game Producer (Relocate To Vietnam)

Gear Games is looking for a skilled professional to join us as a Game Producer in one of our offices in Vietnam. As a producer, you will lead one of our development teams, working closely with local and international stakeholders on the development and live operations of a mobile game for our partners across Europe and North America, or on selected in-house projects.

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Game Producer to take on this role, with key responsibilities including:

Lead cross-functional development teams across Engineering, Art, Design, and QA throughout full game development and live operations

Own project planning and execution, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Act as the primary point of contact for Gear and be a facilitator, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders

Drive clarity and decision-making by ensuring goals, priorities, and constraints are clearly understood

Identify risks early, propose pragmatic solutions, and proactively unblock the team

Ensure product quality across all disciplines, with active involvement in design and content discussions

Understand, review, and validate specifications and designs, providing constructive feedback and challenging assumptions when needed

Review KPIs and live metrics to support prioritization and product improvements when relevant

3+ years of professional experience in game production or project management within the game industry

Hands-on experience with mobile game development, including titles released on the App Store and Google Play

Proven track record in releasing mobile game titles on the market.

Having experience acting as the main producer on a title for the full production cycle from pitch to release is a plus

Having worked on large scale projects with large teams is an advantage

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, in a professional production environment

Strong sense of ownership, organization, and judgment, with the ability to balance quality, scope, and delivery

Collaborative mindset with the confidence to ask questions, challenge decisions, and give constructive feedback
