Game Designer (SG Studio)
Description
Generation of hypotheses for improving the game and assistance in their implementation.
Supporting the studios in building long-term plans and team development.
Working with game mechanics: developing concepts and technical specifications.
Working with analytics: analyzing released mechanics, forming hypotheses based on data to improve current mechanics and the project as a whole.
Testing and evaluating game quality at different stages of development through build reviews.
Tracking new products and potentially interesting features in other games.
Experience in creating and maintaining documentation (concepts, GDD, balance sheets).
Experience in supporting feature development from concept to release.
Understanding of key game product metrics and ability to propose hypotheses for A/B testing.
