Severexis a mobile game development studio creating and scaling products in thePuzzle category (Word / Block / Sort).

We are currently looking for an experiencedGame Designerwith strong expertise in game economy and monetization.

Analyze the Puzzle market, competitors, and target audience

Design and balance game economy: build in/out curves, model resource deficit and surplus

Develop difficulty progression curves and implement paywalls and breakpoints with retention in mind

Manage monetization systems: in-game shops and offers

Segment players and evaluate the impact of decisions on LTV, ARPU, and conversion rates

Maintain clear and structured documentation (GDD, balance tables, feature specs)

Create templates and standards for economy and balance calculations

Experience working on Word / Block / Sort or similar Puzzle projects

Strong hands-on experience in deg game economy and balance

Solid understanding of F2P monetization and key product metrics

Experience maintaining structured design documentation (GDD, balance sheets, feature docs)

Ability to justify decisions with data and calculations

Strong system thinking: ability to break down complex systems and explain concepts clearly

Confidence in presenting and defending economy decisions based on logic and analysis

Creative freedom and ownership over your product decisions
