Create and evolve game design for a rapidly scaling project
Develop mechanics and features for casual / hybrid-casual games
Work with configs, balance settings, and game logic
Collaborate closely with the development team: task creation, execution control, and result review
Analyze and improve the player experience based on metrics and user feedback
1+ year of commercial experience in game design for mobile casual / hybrid-casual games
Understanding of the mobile market and the ability to build effective gameplay loops
Experience working with configs and parametric logic; strong understanding of balancing principles
Ability to clearly formulate and communicate tasks to the team
Ability to confidently justify decisions and work effectively in a team
Attention to detail a must-have, because it’s the details that make mechanics work correctly, flows feel natural, and the player experience truly enjoyable
Analytical mindset and the desire to refine features to their best version
Ability to foresee potential issues before they affect the player
Participation in the full cycle of world-class game development
