Delivery Manager
Description
Hypercell Gamesis a mobile game studio behind some of the most downloaded hybrid-casual and puzzle titles on the market.
We’re looking for aDelivery Managerfor our publishing team.
Own and improve the Publishing Tech delivery process across the whole team:
Run short alignment syncs for non-trivial changes to ensure fast communication exchange, shared understanding, and smooth coordination between Requester, Delivery Manager and Engineering Owner;
Maintain and publish visibility (committed release scope, upcoming priorities, milestones, blockers, and dependencies);
Collect estimates from engineers and maintain realistic delivery forecasts;
Coordinate with Release Manager, prepare a “release packet” (scope, links, validation results if required, monitoring plan) and hand off for rollout/config steps;
Coordinate QA involvement when required (Delivery Manager coordinates; QA executes; engineers fix/validate);
Publish post-release scope summary and ensure follow-up actions are tracked to completion.
3+ years as a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager in software teams;
Proven ability to run end-to-end delivery: intake, clarification, documentation, planning, execution tracking, acceptance coordination, follow-up;
Strong written and verbal communication: able to maintain high-quality requirements and delivery documentation;
Strong process discipline: can enforce “clear request + documented scope + acceptance criteria” without creating bureaucracy;
Technical literacy: understands APIs, permissions/roles, data dependencies, CI/CD, and release risk (coding not required);
Strong prioritization and WIP control, ability to drive decisions and unblock teams;
Ownership mindset: drives work to completion, escalates early, avoids surprises;
Languages: Fluent spoken and written English and Russian (daily communication and documentation in both).Nice to Have
Experience delivering internal tools/platform products;
Experience in mobile gaming, publishing, or integration-heavy environments;
Familiarity with analytics/data concepts and BI workflows (definitions, source of truth, validation, reporting);
