Strategy Development:Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive global marketing strategy for our mobile apps.
Team Leadership:Lead and mentor our UA and ASO teams, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and scaling.
Scaling & Growth:Oversee the scaling of UA campaigns across multiple channels and ensure top-tier visibility through cutting-edge ASO techniques.
Launch Management:Oversee and control the end-to-end process for new app launches and major updates, ensuring seamless execution and market impact.
Funnel Optimization:Analyze the entire marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates from first impression to long-term retention.
Proven Experience:3+ years of proven experience in mobile app marketing with understanding of UA, ASO, sales funnels and analytics.
UA Focus & Growth:A strong desire to build deep expertise in User Acquisition (UA). We provide training and hands-on mentorship to help you transition your existing skills into high-scale UA.
Leadership Skills:Experience managing teams and a track record of driving professional growth within a marketing department.
Data-Driven Mindset:Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.
Language Proficiency:English at B2+, Russian C2+ (expert verbal and written communication is essential).Nice to have
