Why this role is really greatHere, you won’t just create assets — you’ll shape the entire Playable Ads experience. That means optimization, scene setup in the engine, lighting, VFX, sound, and even a touch of game design.

At SayGames, a 3D artist isn’t just a contributor — they’re the visual owner of the whole project.

Don’t like the sounds from the original game? Replace them with your own creation. Think the color palette could work better? Reimagine it. Our 3D artist is essentially a mini art director of each project — you influence how the entire experience feels and performs.

Adapt, and optimize 3D and 2D assets for Playable Ads, setting them up in the game engine.

On the projects of our Playable Ads, the artist is essentially also the art director: creative freedom and responsibility go hand in hand.

A strong team, especially the developers — there’s genuinely a lot to learn from them.

A fast development cycle — every project is different, so you can level up faster than in big productions and try out your skills across many genres.

Working directly in the engine helps you gain a deeper understanding of the technical side.

Hybrid work format—cozy offices in Limassol, Paphos, or Warsaw. Remote work is up for discussion

Flexible schedule—work at your own pace as long as you stay in touch with the team and get things done on time
