Next Gen Lab is looking for a 3D Animator / Generalist to join the team behind Pulse Docs— a fast-growing Documentary channel on American YouTube.

Pulse Docs creates exciting and deep documentaries and docudramas focused on tech, business, crime and power.

In the last 3 months we have generated nearly 1 million views and received over a 97% positive rating from our fans.Our goal is to build the premier animated documentary channel in 2026.

You will be working on a team of 3-6 animators working on individual videos

Quality of work

• Assess overall quality standards and consistency

Deadlines compliance

• Review punctuality and deadline adherence: Our expectation is 2 - 4+ minutes per week of final animation

Involvement and communication

• Evaluate engagement and responsiveness

Decision making

• Based on results, decide on further cooperationWork schedule is agreed in advance with the employee, expectation is updates are provided every 2 days

Must attend our weekly team meeting on Tuesday at 11am EST unless notifying me (Jake) ahead of time

All project related communication is handled in the Team Discord channel and items like payments, issues that require escalation etc handled in telegram directly in DM with me (Jake)

All task XXXX XXXX communication is conducted in the Discord and Asana

Weekly progress review and feedback session is scheduled
