Advisory Project Manager

Description

We are looking for a Project Manager for a company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 8-month limited contract to begin with.

This role is suited for professionals with 2–5 years of relevant experience who are looking to further develop their project management skills in a structured and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage projects across business functions such as purchasing, logistics, HR, finance, or other non-technical areas.
  • Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop detailed project schedules.
  • Identify and plan resource requirements to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates regarding cost, timeline, and staffing.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks or obstacles and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Support the management of multiple related initiatives, including business transformation activities.
  • Coordinate vendor-related tasks, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with the overall project plan when applicable.

Profile

  • 2–5 years of relevant project management or coordination experience.
  • Practical knowledge gained through education and professional experience.
  • Ability to manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger projects under the guidance of a senior project manager.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with general supervision.

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start ASAP, 8-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
