We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and develop the Fault Handling area within an international engineering organization in the automotive industry in Gothenburg. Start is April 1st, 9 months contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Fault Handling process operates smoothly and efficiently across the organization. You will collaborate with a broad network of stakeholders, managing day-to-day operational matters while also driving long-term strategic development within the area.
This is a senior-level assignment requiring strong program management capabilities, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Fault Handling area within Engineering
- Ensure a structured and efficient Fault Handling process
- Manage daily operational questions and process-related topics
- Drive continuous improvements aligned with strategic objective
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Establish governance, transparency, and process quality
Mandatory Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior program management or similar leadership role
- Proven experience working with Fault Handling processes
- Strong hands-on knowledge of JIRA/VIRA (mandatory)
- Experience working within large and complex organizations
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic development
Meritorious
- Long and in-depth experience with JIRA/VIRA
- Experience from the automotive industry or engineering-driven environments
- Experience in change management and process development

This is a full-time consultant position in Gotheburg through Incluso. Start is April 1st, 9 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
