Junior Embedded SW Developer - Trial & Hire

We are looking for a Junior Embedded SW Developer for a global manufacturing company in Huskvarna, Jönköping.

Start is in February 2026, 12 months contract to begin with, possibility of hire or extension after that.

What You’ll Do

• You will be working in a SW development team of 7 persons developing robotic lawn mowers. You will for example write and design software, investigate existing problems in the software and spend a lot of time verifying solutions by testing outdoors.
• Programming in C/C++ and Python
• Develop and release code in mower projects with a strong customer perspective.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, with focus on embedded design.
• Experience of programming in C/C++.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, testing, or tooling.
• You have experience in some of the following techniques: real time, RTOS, Linux, drivers, sensors, motors and more.
• Strong interest in robotics, automation, or connected devices.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English required.
