Slovak Speaking Project Manager – Manufacturing / Industrialization

**We are looking for a Slovak Speaking Project Manager

• Manufacturing / Industrialization for a global company in Floby (close to Falköping). Start is ASAP, 6 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Floby.**

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong manufacturing engineering background to lead industrialization projects within the automotive industry. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our production processes and deliveries meet the highest quality and performance standards expected by our customers.

You will be responsible for driving industrialization activities end-to-end, from project initiation through execution and final handover, working closely with cross-functional and multinational teams.

As Project Manager, you will:

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of industrialization projects
• Secure all industrialization and manufacturing deliveries to vehicle programs
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities, including issue list follow-up
• Manage handover of equipment to end users
• Drive stakeholder management, including line builders and internal partners
• Identify and address manufacturing-related obstacles to achieve optimal process design
• Provide solution proposals and escalate issues when required, in collaboration with Equipment Engineers
• Ensure progress reporting to Gateway/Milestone reviews and Final Data Judgment
• Work towards closing gaps to the target vision layout
• Be responsible for Lean process design and optimized process flow
• Report project status to the Local Program Manager
• Capture and manage lessons learned, share best practices, and coach team members

Required qualifications:

• Proven manufacturing engineering experience with project leadership responsibility (installation and commissioning experience is mandatory)
• Strong competence in Lean Process Design
• In-depth knowledge of electric drive unit production, including rotor, stator, and inverter processes
• Experience with assembly processes for electric drive units
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and proficiency in Slovak, knowledge im Swedish is a merit.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment, beyond individual contributor responsibilities
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and curiosity for new technologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience in engineering data reporting
