Your Role

As a Sports Executive, you will be responsible for the overall management and optimisation of our clients sports product offerings. You’ll work closely with the sports team to ensure their sports betting options are competitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our players. From market analysis to product strategy, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and success of our sports department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the sports betting product, ensuring it meets customer needs and market trends.
• Monitor live sports events, odds, and betting markets, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction within the sports department.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure promotional activities and campaigns align with sports offerings.
• Analyse sports-related data to identify trends and make recommendations for new markets or betting opportunities.
• Work with product teams to enhance user experience and drive innovation within the sports betting platform.
• Maintain strong relationships with external sports partners and suppliers.
• Stay up to date with sports industry trends, developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
• Provide regular reports on sports performance, including key metrics such as revenue, player engagement, and betting volume.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sports betting, sports management, or a similar role within iGaming or gaming.
• Strong knowledge of the sports industry, betting markets, and player behaviour.
• Experience working with sports data, odds compilation, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in using sports betting platforms and related technologies.
• Fluent in Turkish (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
• Ability to relocate to Europe and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
