Responsibilities:
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing sportsbook remarketing strategies;
- Compose and plan email newsletter campaigns according to the schedule of most valuable sport events;
- Sportsbook customers retention(including creation of new manual promo activities, gamification, etc.);
- Ensuring all email campaigns comply with current email best practice in the industry;
- Communication about promo events and segmentation by different GEOs` preferences in sport;
- Promo plan preparation in connection with sport events schedule;
- Preparing a technical task XXXX XXXX and copywriter before every valuable event;
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective;
- Tracking and reporting on email campaigns in order to guide improvements;
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement;
- Analysis and monitoring of the main KPIs and CRM actions;
- Creation of and execution of customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company’s; marketing and financial objectives.
Requirements:

- Data-driven approach;
- Knowledge of different CRM systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (, Optimove, Xtreme push);
- Engagement;
- Prior experience in retention roles in BETTING (1+ years);
- Experience and knowledge working with main KPIs such as Churn Rate, Retention Rate, GGR, NGR;
- Good expertise in sports, odds, markets to create the safest bonus conditions for us;
- Knowledge of analytical tools, including Google Analytics. Ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues;
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in English;
- Work experience with chatbots and AI would be highly appreciated;
- Responsibility for running end-to-end projects as required.
