About The Role

We are seeking a Turkish speaking Data Analyst to join our clients who are a dynamic and fast-growing global iGaming company, where your analytical expertise will shape data-driven decisions and help drive business growth. As part of our expanding team, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that fuel their success.

What you will be doing:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large sets of data to support strategic business decisions.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to identify trends, optimize operations, and ensure data integrity across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyse large volumes of data from various sources.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimise business performance.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, player behavior, revenue,
• and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to understand data needs and improve performance.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Utilise statistical methods and data modelling to forecast trends and predict business outcomes.
• Support ongoing data-driven initiatives to improve customer engagement, retention, and profitability.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally within iGaming, fintech, or a similar industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of data modelling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
• Experience in working with large datasets and identifying trends and insights.
• High attention to detail and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Turkish (required) and conversational in English (B1 or higher).
• Ability to relocate to Georgia and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
